The 2019 Google MLB All-Star Ballot will determine the eight (8) position players in the American League and the National League, and the one (1) designated hitter for the American League, who will start the 2019 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard. Earlier this MLB season, each MLB Club nominated one (1) player for each infield position and three (3) for the outfield, and each
American League Club nominated one (1) player for the designated hitter spot. Voting will take place in two phases. The first phase, The Primary, will begin at and end at ET on 2019. For fans voting on MLB there is a limit of five (5) ballot submissions per single, valid email address during any twenty-four r period (with that twenty-four (24) hour period to begin tolling at the time of such fan’s first ballot submission;
following the expiration of the initial twenty-four (24) period, the next twenty-four (24) hour period begins tolling at the time of such fan’s next ballot submission) Nominees are separated by League and position and are listed alphabetically by last name (with first initial) and Club affiliation.Fans voting on MLBmay select players as follows For each League One (1) player for each infield position; and
Three (3) players for outfield positions. The Primary period will decide the top (3) three players for each of the infield positions in each League, the top nine (9) players for outfield positions in each League, and the top three (3) players for the one (1) designated hitter spot for the American League. Those players will remain on the 2019 Google MLB All-Star Ballot during the second phase of voting, The Election.
The Election will begin at ET on June 26, 2019, and end at ET on June 27, 2019. Fans may select players as set forth above. Combined high votes received and determined valid on MLB and during The Election period will decide the eight (8) starting position players in each League, and the designated hitter for the American League, for the 2019 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard.
For fans voting on MLB during The Election period, there is a maximum of one (1) submission per single, valid email address.Ballots generated by a script, macro or other mechanical, automated means will be disqualified.
